1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing in to SwiftBox with your Google account, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What SwiftBox Is
SwiftBox is a browser-based email aggregator. It connects live to the IMAP/SMTP mailboxes you configure and stores your encrypted mailbox configuration in your own Google Drive's application data folder. SwiftBox does not operate a central database of your email content — see the Privacy Policy for details on our zero-database architecture.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You must only connect mailboxes you own or are authorized to access.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the IMAP/SMTP credentials and server details you enter.
- You remain subject to the terms of your own mail provider and Google Account when using SwiftBox to access them.
- You are responsible for keeping your Google account, and any device you use SwiftBox on, secure.
4. Service Provided "As Is"
SwiftBox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. Email delivery, sync speed, and mailbox availability depend on third-party servers (Google, your mail host) outside our control.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftBox and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of email access, or loss of business, arising from your use of the service.
6. Third-Party Services
SwiftBox integrates with Google (for authentication and Drive storage) and with the IMAP/SMTP mail servers you configure. Your use of those underlying services is governed by their own terms, independent of SwiftBox.
7. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time as SwiftBox evolves. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
